Everyone loves a holiday that results in a 3-day weekend. Not only do most people get an extra day off of work, but they also get an extra day to "get savage" with their favorite cocktails and a side of Savage Scorpions!

Beer Margaritas

Grilled Pineapple Mai Tai

2) Place sugar in a shallow bowl. Dip lime halves in sugar to coat.
3) Grill lime and pineapple wedges, turning occasionally, until lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from grill and let cool.
4) Fill a cocktail shaker and Old Fashioned glass with ice.

- 1/4 cup coarse salt
- 1 (12-ounce) bottles of your favorite beer, chilled
- 1/2 cup frozen concentrate limeade, thawed
- 1/2 cup chilled tequila
- ice cubes
Rub lime wedges around rims of 4 margarita glasses. Dip rims into salt to coat lightly. In a medium pitcher, combine beer, limeade, and tequila. Fill prepared glasses with ice, then with margarita mixture. Garnish with remaining lime wedges. Serve immediately.

- 2 parts fresh tomato juice
- 2 parts fresh watermelon juice
- 1/4 parts lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 dashes Cholula Hot Sauce
- 1 pinch sea salt, celery salt, white pepper, and grated fennel seeds
1) Mix all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
2) Rim double old-fashioned glasses with salt.
3) Pour Bloody Mary mixture into glasses, then garnish with a watermelon cube rolled in freshly grated horseradish and a cucumber slice.
