Shot & Shooter Recipes

Buttery Nipple
Ingredients:
1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
½ ounce Irish Cream
Directions:
Pour Butterscotch Schnapps into the bottom of a shot glass. Carefully layer the Irish Cream on top to float.
Irish Car Bomb
Ingredients:
1 pint Guinness Beer
1 shot of Irish Cream
1 shot of Irish Whiskey
Directions:
Fill a pint glass two-thirds of the way full with Guinness. Fill a double shot glass with the Irish Cream and Whiskey. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug the mixture.
Red Headed Slut
Ingredients:
1 ounce cranberry juice
½ ounce Peach Schnapps
¾ Jägermeister
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill the contents. Strain into a large shot glass.
Scooby Snack
Ingredients:
¼ ounce Coconut Rum
¼ ounce Crème de Bananas
¼ ounce Melon Liquer
¼ ounce pineapple juice
¼ ounce half and half
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into a large shot glass.
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
½ ounce Hazelnut Liquer
½ ounce vodka
lemon and sugar for garnish
Directions:
Coat the lemon wedge with sugar and set aside. Add the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. Strain mixture into a shot glass. Once the shot is taken, immediately bite into the sugar-coated lemon.
